School Issues / Special Ed Utah Center for Assistive Technology The mission of the Utah Center for Assistive Technology (UCAT) is to enhance human potential through facilitating the application of assistive technologies for persons with disabilities. UCAT is an interagency resource coordinated through the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation. They offer many different services including: information and referral services, technical services, funding advice, and the Computer Center for Citizens with Disabilities.
