Operation Family Together
Do you feel you need a break? Allies with Families Operation Families Together is a fun six session family program for children with mental health challenges and their families. The program is designed to serve every member of a family with fun activities in a supportive group.
Operation Families Together has four separate parts:
- From Hope to Recovery Education classes for parents and caregivers of children with mental health challenges
- Sibshops for brothers and sisters (ages 7-13) of a child with mental health challenges
- Kid Power, a social skill group for children (ages 7-13) who have a mental health challenge
- Childcare for children ages 0-6.
The whole family is invited to attend the program to enjoy new activities, meet new friends and celebrate individual and family strengths. Because Families Matter!
Operation Families Together participants said:

- “I didn’t have to get babysitters because we could all meeting together on one night. Each of our classes had others dealing with the same issues, and there was something for everyone in my family.”
